good morning everyowl!

finally at medyo nakaka-recover na ako
from our weekend getaway chuva chuchu.
we went kasi to yosemite (pronounced as spelled),
tapos super duper major kapaguran fatale!
it's a national park, 3.5 hours away from walnut creek.
super nice ng place, puro bundok, puno, at falls!
alam nyo yung mga movies na nagka-camp sa bundok?
ganun yung place and feeling ko cast ako ng movie.
i was just waiting for someone to shout cut!

there were lots of sequioas, yung oldest trees.
as in giant trees sila na medyo reddish.
one of the trees was even 3,500 years old!
nababasa ko lang sila sa books before and never,
as in never expected to see them up close.
it was like seeing 3,500 years of history before me.
say!

nag-stop kami sa may glacier point,
supposedly we could see 2 falls from there kaya lang,
dry na sila around this time, so wiz.
may nakita kami na isang falls, nag-hike kami.
it was really nice, really comforting,
nawawala yung pagod mo pag nakita mo.

then yday, we picked up my ex-teammate at the airport.
bigla kong na-miss ang narita and sanfo airports!
then we went to embarcadero/fisherman's wharf again,
tapos instant tour namin sya.
columbus day ngayon and kahapon yung parade.
kakaiba ang parades dito, they give free candies,
sourdough bread, and shirts!
very orderly sila, walang siksikan or tulakan
like nangyari sa flower festival sa baguio.

tapos may blue angels air show, super galing!
pero super ingay din ng mga fighter jets.
as usual, keri galore everywhere!
i think i'm falling in-love with san francisco.
