hello sa inyo. it's wednesday na...showing na chicago...shets naman di ako makakapanood non...the movie theaters here are so delayed, i think i'll prolly be able to watch it by next year pa...no chuks but i was told by a fellow filipino thatwhen we had two towers in the phils, the vietnamese were still enjoying the fellowship of the ring.

marlon, i don't think you'd fit here...i think you're meant for the bigger cities such as those in singapore or the U.S...go look for opportunities there...ACNielsen does have an opening in hongkong for the position of marketing communications officer and manager, a requirement of which is marketing background...gusto mo? i suggest also that if you're planning on a career shift, then you should get marketing classes at graduate school, so that even if you don't have background in marketing, at least you have some marketing units to boot...

vietnam is what the phils was prolly like 20 years ago...no chuks...there are a lot of expats (french, british, filipinos)...gimmicks start at around 6pm coz establishments close by 12mn (nye talaga!) the differentiating factor of vietnam is the hordes of motorbikes on the street (everybody drives one)...speaking of motobikes, i had my first experience of riding one...a colleague invited me to dinner last night...i gulped...i was thinking shets pano ako sasakay sa motobike nia...e di ibig sabihin non kelangan kong humawak sa kanya to keep myself from falling...but then out of excitement, my desire to experience something new at tsaka cultural considerations na rin (baka mag-mode pa sa akin kung tumanggi ako)...i acquiesced...i did try to avoid riding his motorbike...i told him that i had a vinataxi corporte card (say!) and that we can get a taxi...but to no avail..so there i rode a motorbike! grabeh it was really scary...motorbikes were coming from all directions...most of them hindi sinusunod lanes...unruly sila! tas mejo uncomfy nga kasi mejo magkalapit katawan namin (!)...pero isip ko sobrang malicious ako...so tinigilan ko na kakaisip at in-enjoy ko na lang ang pagsakay ng motorbike....

my place is nice pala...it's furnished, may phone, aircon, ref, cable tv and most importantly, a bathtub.... babaw no :) anyways regarding my transpo pala...sabi ng boss ko i have the option to get other taxis pero i told her na id rather ride vinataxi kahit puro kia units gamit nila, out of loyalty to our marketing case sa class..

btw, mba na pala ako sabi ng friend ko sa school...congratulate me naman....:) ano bago jan? til next time...
