i've watched the "whale rider"...bought it kasi i saw a review sa up website...napanood nio na ba? it's about this new zealand tribe who believes that their ancestors travelled to their current village by riding on whales...the chief needs to find an heir to his throne kasi may katandaan na sia...his intended successor, grandson nia, died at childbirth, naiwan lang yung twin sister...so this chief decided to call on all the male first-borns in their village to train them to become chiefs...gusto sana ni pai (yung twin sis) pero she was forbidden to attend the training coz she's a girl...but the thing is, none of the boys were good enough...so there goes your twist...basta watch it, maganda kasi the film tells you a lot about the maori culture...tas dun ko lang nalaman bat nilalabas ang dila ng mga tribesmen whenever they're in battle...chuks

btw...which season ang last season ng SATC? ano ang end? season 5 pa lang ako dito e...chuks.
