urgent! need career advice.

director has asked for a meeting tomorrow. guess he might have heard about the clash between me and french boss...oh dear...will have to come up with a "script" so won't say the wrong things...

also im thinking about telling him about my plans...that i wanna leave...one of the reasons is that i dont feel challenged anymore as boss is not good at basic research; sure she's good in presentations and client relationship but afraid that's not good enough for me...plus i think i need to be in a new market na...was thinking of asking for a transfer to another country...but might not be good idea as it's almost like saying i'm resigning- but not yet...so might as well just resign and re-apply but no need for notice as early as now because still need to save more moolah! chuks.

i dunno what to do and not sure if i'll be doing the right thing.
