may certain confusion ako...email ng director ko...will have 'the talk' with him tomorrow...help...what should i do? should i tell him about my plans? eh im not planning to leave until july...if i tell him baka bukas tsugi na ko kagad...but if i dont, they might expect and it's not fair to the company naman...:(

A month or so ago, you had some chats with me and Chris about your own situation and also about the situation with Celine.

Don't know what your feelings are at the moment (have things improved?), but I know that you indicated to Chris that you'd be willing to hang on for a while whilst we sorted out a solution.
Chris & I have been having some discussions which we then broadened out to the other directors to talk about promoting you to having your own team.

After your sterling performance yesterday, I think all were agreed you certainly had the technical and presentation skills to operate at Manager level.

Hence, I thought we should get together ASAP and have a chat about what you think about that and how we could perhaps get it actioned.

Are you free to discuss at 5.30?
