yeah i've heard of the lover...it appears that it's quite a biggie here sa saigon...kasi setting ng book dito...i'm currently reading a book by the same author...title nia the north china lover...weird ang writing style...tsaka feeling ko wala masiadong pagkakaiba sa the lover coz it's a story between this poor french girl and a rich chinese who fall in love...it's another story of a love-that-cannot-be (kaya mejo tuwa ako)...pero weird ang french girl parang nymphomaniac...anyways
