hello all...bday ko we went to karaoke...eh shemps sang vietnamese songs...katuwa, i think im actually experiencing the vietnamese life...yesterday for instance, i went to the house of one of my friends and ate lunch with her family...parang japanese style sila...minsan they dont use a table...sa floor lang lahat ng pagkain nila...tas they offer some food to their ancestors, they have this altar with their pics(tas si uncle ho chi minh, nasa pinakataas: patriachal society ito e)

sowee di ako nakablog lately...it's been crazy lately with a lot more new people coming...

oii cherryl...i think it's fate telling you na to leave your job...not that i think you're gonna be sacked...kasi i bet you're one of those who are indispensable sa company...pero honestly, i think you will be better off in creatives...film/ad agency/etc.

i have happy news, i won 28k sa lotto last week.
i got 5/6 numbers, and sayang 1 na lang, 32m na.
but it's ok, that's life, unexpected pa rin ang 28k.
so hayun nilibre ko sila alie, oche, glenda, cherryl and lani last saturday.
nag-dinner kami sa inihaw republic sa katipunan,
then videoke sa eastwood, yung tig-10 pesos per song.
i also invited shiela pero nagmaganda,
at si alex din, nagkalito-lito sa pagpunta.
before the dinner, galing ako ng ACET as examiner.
malaki rin ang bayad, 1400 for one day session,
so ni-recommend ko si lani and cherryl for next january.

since may happy news, may sad news din.
nanakawan sa bahay sina oche, nakuha pati ang celfone nya.
pumasok daw sa bintana nila ng mga 130 am last monday.
so nagtayo sya ng foundation, baka makatulong ka.
kailangan nya kasi ng new celfone.

anyways, magkikita kami uli later kasi
nanalo si oche ng tickets sa premiere ng saved.
tapos ginamit nya ang name ko kaya ako kumuha ng tickets.
2 tickets lang pero pagpunta ko,
binigyan ako ng extra 2 tickets kaya sama si cherryl and alie.

another sad news pala, nag-text si cherryl,
may retrenchment daw sa office nila kanina,
although wala pa daw final list ng matatanggal sa work.
wish nya umabot pa sya ng december sa office.

about bantay bata, i'll see what i can do...i doubt if i can ask people here to help out...you see, im one of the key people in this charity drive that we have- just recently...and people might look at me funny if they see me soliciting donations for pinas...ill prolly just give something when i get home...which reminds me, what happened to the bet last december? aren't you guys supposed to donate 200 pesoses each to charity? i think you ought to have another this year...para makatulong sa charity...hihihihi...tipong sure na walang mananalo ano...well, except cherryl ;)

anyways, have you seen the newest pics of suzanne? i swear naiyak ako...hhehehe...sarena is soo big na...tas tipong hybrid ni suzanne and jason; you know the type that you see in photo booths for lovers sa malls that go something like "know how your child will look"...fave pic ko is the 6 months fam...ang cute talaga i swear...

hi...been away for some time so havent been able to blog...been to cambodia for work and then to nha trang for company annual trip...it's only now that i'm finally able to sit down and think...

tomorrow's a holiday here in vietnam...independence day (from the u.s.)...will have more time to read books and watch dvds...btw, i just bought belle epoque and a german film called "das wunder von bern"...i had no idea what the film is all about when i bought it last weekend...even the back cover was in german...but because it sounded and looked so exotic, i decided to buy it...the salesgirl told me it had english subtitles so bahala na kung pangit yun...
